Sicilian Lemon Balsamic

Playfully tart and pleasantly sweet, our Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic has a perfectly balanced acidity and a crisp, lemon flavor and aroma. Fantastic with seafood, pasta, salads, vegetables & fruit, added to dressings, or in mixed drinks & water. Nicely pairs with White Truffle, Garlic, Wild Mushroom & Sage, Rosemary, Tuscan Herb & Herbes de Provence oils.

SANGRIA

2 large juice oranges, 1 sliced, 1 juiced, 1 large lemon sliced, 2 tablespoons Loide' Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup Triple Sec, 1-750 ml bottle inexpensive, medium bodied red wine, chilled.

Add sliced orange, sliced lemon, and sugar to a large pitcher, mash gently with a wooden spoon until sugar is dissolved and fruit releases juices but not totally crushed.   Stir in orange juice, Triple Sec, and wine.  Refrigerate at least 2 hours and up to 8 hours.  Add ice and stir quickly.  Serve
