When you first taste our Champagne White Wine Vinegar, you'll instantly fall in love with its' smooth and elegant flavor. Unlike other Champagne vinegars, this one never undergoes a pasteurization process. By eliminating this step, the vinegar possesses a lovely, rich base. This vinegar is a divine ingredient in salads, or use for homemade mayonnaise; simply whisk with extra virgin olive oil, eggs, and mustard! May we suggest Dill olive oil for added flavor?  This vinegar pairs extremely well with our Garlic, Herbs de Provence, Tuscan Herb, Rosemary, and Dill Olive Oils.

2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined, 1/2 cup Loide' Garlic Olive Oil, 4 tablespoons Loide' Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar, 2 teaspoons sea salt, 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes, 3 tablespoons chopped parsley, 1/4 cup fresh tomatoes, chopped, 1/4 cup Loide' Champagne Vinegar.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all ingredients in an oven safe saute pan and bake for 10 minutes. 

Substitute the Garlic Olive Oil with Loide' Harissa Olive oil for a spicy change.
