Slowly roasted to perfection, then expeller-pressed and lightly filtered. It adds a rich walnut taste to salad dressing, pasta, grilled meat, fresh baked pastries and makes a great bread dip. BRUSCHETTA

1/2 pound thinly sliced prosciutto, cut into 2 inch squares, 1/2 pound Brie, cu into thin wedges, 2 pears, cored, quartered and cut lengthwise in this slices, 3 tablespoons Loide' Roasted Walnut Oil, 1 baguette.

Cut the baguette into this slices across.  Cover each piece of baguette with a piece of prosciutto, a piece of pear and a wedge of Brie.  Toast under broiler or in a toaster oven until the cheese is golden brown.  Remove and drizzle with the Walnut Oil.  Serve hot.
