Our Roasted Almond Oil is expeller pressed and lightly filtered with an amazingly delicate nose and deep roasted flavor. Great for sautéing, drizzling, baking, dipping and as a vinaigrette. Use it on fish, green beans or try a new twist on hummus. Some of our favorite pairings are Red Apple, Blueberry, Black Cherry, Fig, Pomegranate, Raspberry, Strawberry, Vanilla, or Sicilian Lemon Balsamic for an amazing vinaigrette. Combines well with Blackberry-Ginger, Cranberry-Pear, Honey-Ginger, Lemongrass-Mint, Pomegranate, Pineapple, and Coconut Balsamic Vinegars. For cooking, combine with Eureka Lemon, Mandarin, Chipotle, Harissa, Cilantro and Roasted Onion, and Red Cayenne Olive Oils.

1 cup spinach, washed, 1 cup strawberries, washed, 1/2 cup slivered almonds, 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds.  Dressing: 1/4 cup Loide' Almond Oil, 2 tablespoons Loide' Honey Ginger Balsamic Vinegar, 1/4th teaspoon salt.

Arrange the spinach, strawberries and almonds on two plates.  In a bowl whisk the dressing  ingredients together. Pour the dressing over the salads.  Top with sesame seeds and almonds.


1 pound green beans, rinsed and trimmed, 2 tablespoons Loide' Almond Oil, 1/4 cup sliced almonds, 1 teaspoon Loide' Cyprus Lemon Flake Sea Salt.

Steam green beans approximately 10 minutes until tender but still firm.  Saute almonds in 1 tablespoon Almond Oil until lightly browned.  Add steamed green beans to sauted almonds.  Season with Cyprus Lemon Flake Sea Salt. Add remaining 1 tablespoon Almond Oil. Serve
