From Geneva, NY this all-natural culinary seed oil is made from the finest squash seeds. The oil is released by precise roasting & expeller pressing and contains NO hydrogenated fats, chemical additives, artificial preservatives or coloring. The oil boasts a nutty, buttery flavor reminiscent of toasted peanuts or cashews. High in healthy mono and polyunsaturated fats and is a rich source of vitamins A & E. Perfect for bread dipping, roasted vegetables, grilled meats and fish. Drizzle over fruits like strawberries, mango or avocado & sprinkle with sea salt. It's also a fun alternative to butter over popcorn, mashed potatoes, risotto, pasta or polenta.  Pour over vanilla ice cream & top w/toasted pistachios. Smoke point of 425 degrees makes it suitable for stir frying, sautéing or grilling.

1 baguette sliced into rounds, 2 Tbs. + additional for drizzling Loide' Butternut Squash Seed Oil, 4 oz. goat cheese, 1/4 cup roasted pumpkin or squash seeds.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Brush the Butternut Squash Seed Oil on the sliced baguette rounds and place on a baking sheet.  Bake for 6 minutes or until lightly toasted.  Remove from oven and let cool.  Stir goat cheese until smooth.  Spread on baguettes.  Sprinkle on the seeds, then drizzle with additional Butternut Squash seed Oil.
