Our Eureka Lemon olive oil is produced by pressing whole, fresh lemons together with late harvest olives at the time of crush. Its light, refreshing flavor is just perfect to sauté shrimp or scallops or to drizzle on chicken or fish. Citrus oil is great on salads, in marinades and for baking. Use it in your next muffin or pound cake and experience the effect with eggs. Pairs amazingly with a variety of Balsamic Vinegars including Coconut, Cranberry Pear, Peach, Black Cherry, Blueberry, Pomegranate, Raspberry, Strawberry, Tangerine-Ginger, Honey-Ginger, Lemongrass-Mint, Raspberry, Black Currant, Lavender, Premium White, Cara-Cara Vanilla Orange, Oregano, Sicilian Lemon, and Tarragon. Also mixes nicely with our Pinot Noir Red Wine and Serrano-Honey Vinegars, our Toasted Sesame Oil, and other Olive Oils like Garlic, Milanese Gremolata, Blood Orange, Persian Lime, Baklouti Green Chili, Basil, Cilantro and Roasted Onion, and Wild Mushroom and Sage.

4 salmon fillets, 1/2 cup Loide' Lemon Olive Oil,  3 tablespoons Loide' Traditional Balsamic Vinegar, 3 tablespoons fresh basil , fresh ground pepper and sea salt.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat salmon with Loide' Lemon Olive Oil, salt and pepper. Place in a roasting pan skin side down, cover and bake 12-15 minutes or until flaky. Place cooked fillets on serving platter. Drizzle the 3 tablespoons Loide' Traditional Balsamic Vinegar on the salmon and top with fresh basil.


2 cans of clams and the clam juice, 1 small onion diced, 3 garlic cloves minced, 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons Loide' Lemon Olive Oil, 4 oz angel hair pasta.

Cook pasta according to package.  Meanwhile saute onion and garlic over medium heat in 1/4 cup Lemon Olive Oil.  Once onion looks transparent, add the 2 cans of clams with juice. Once pasta is cooked, drizzle 2 tablespoons Lemon Olive Oil over the pasta and top with the clam and onion sauce.
