Red Apple Balsamic
This balsamic has an enticing aroma and a delicate, sweet apple flavor, fruitier than most balsamic vinegars. It adds a refreshing lift to salads, sauces, chutney’s and vegetables. It is amazing drizzled on pork, chicken or fish. Mix equally with our Roasted Walnut Oil or Almond Oil and shake well for a knock-out vinaigrette dressing. Also try it with Cilantro & Roasted Onion, Wild Mushroom & Sage, or some of our spicier oils.
KALE DELIGHT
1 1/2 pounds kale, washed, drained, stems removed and coarsely chopped, 4 tablespoons Loide' Tuscan Olive Oil, 2 tablespoons Loide' Red Apple Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tablespoon Loide' Garlic Olive Oli, 1/2 cup water, salt and pepper to taste.
Heat the Tuscan and Garlic Olive Oils in a skillet over medium heat. add water and kale stirring and coating the kale. Cover and simmer for about 7 minutes. When time is up add salt, pepper and Red Apple Balsamic and gently stir.
