All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt.

Exchange for an unopened Olive Oil, Nut & Seed Oil, or Balsamic Vinegar is allowed for the same size or larger bottle.

All items opened are not returnable.

All items that are a food product or accessory are not returnable.

Personal care items are not returnable as we are unable to insure safety to our customers if resold.

Gift cards cannot be returned.

All approved returns will be in the form of a store gift card.
